No 7 Westerbroomhouse Cottages was built in the early 1800s, one of seven farm cottages built for the workers of Westerbroomhouse Farm. It was the last in the row and included a small pig pen in the garden. This delightful cottage just half an hour from the historic city of Edinburgh offers a superb base from which to discover south and east Scotland as well as being within an easy drive of the wild open spaces and castles of Northumberland.

No matter what your interest, the local area has much to offer.

The cottage itself has a fully fitted kitchen including microwave, oven ,hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with a freezer compartment.

The kitchen also includes a small dining area with a bistro table and four chairs.

The living room seats four with a two seat sofa and two tub chairs around a coffee table.

Entertainment includes an LCD TV , DVD player and small music system with IPod and external music connections.

Their are two bedrooms, the main with a king size metal frame bed and plenty of storage in the built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a large single bed and a cot can also be provided. Please ask if you have other requirements.

The bathroom consists of a wc, bath with shower and basin.

Outside the garden is split into three sections, all including a lawn and some form of seating.

There is plenty of parking for two cars.
